What we ask for
Your name, email, and a phone or WhatsApp number if you want to leave one. We also keep the gift you chose and whether it is one-time or monthly. We do not ask for your birthday or ID number.
What we use it for
To thank you, to stay in touch, to send a certificate if you ask for one, and to tell you what happened with the group you supported. If you write through the contact form, we use your details only to answer you.
Who sees it
- Our team, to thank you and send what we promised.
- PayPal (from abroad) or Wompi (from Colombia) process the payment. They hold your card; we never see it or store it.
- YouTube, only if you press play on a video. Nothing from YouTube loads before that.
We do not sell or share your data. There are no advertising pixels on this site.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only remembers the language you chose and that you saw the cookie notice.
Unsubscribe and delete
Every follow-up email lets you say “please stop writing”. To see, correct or delete your name, email and phone, write to comunicaciones@embodyingreconciliation.com and we will remove them from our records (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012). PayPal and Wompi keep payment records as the law requires; we cannot delete those.
Photos
The photos come from our own activities. If you, or a child in your care, appear in a photo and want it removed, write to us and we will take it down.

Qué pedimos
Tu nombre, correo y, si quieres, un teléfono o WhatsApp. También guardamos el aporte que elegiste y si es de una vez o cada mes. No pedimos fecha de nacimiento ni cédula.
Para qué
Para agradecerte, quedarnos cerca, enviarte un certificado si lo pides y contarte qué pasó con el grupo que apoyaste. Si nos escribes por el formulario de contacto, usamos tus datos solo para responderte.
Quién los ve
- Nuestro equipo, para agradecerte y enviarte lo que prometimos.
- PayPal (desde el exterior) o Wompi (desde Colombia) procesan el pago. Ellos guardan los datos de tu tarjeta; nosotros nunca la vemos ni la guardamos.
- YouTube, solo si das clic en un video. Antes no se carga nada de YouTube.
No vendemos ni compartimos tus datos. Este sitio no usa píxeles de publicidad.
Cookies
Este sitio no usa cookies de rastreo ni de publicidad. Tu navegador solo recuerda el idioma que elegiste y que viste el aviso de cookies.
Darte de baja y borrar tus datos
Cada correo de seguimiento te permite pedir “no me escriban más”. Para consultar, corregir o borrar tu nombre, correo y teléfono, escribe a comunicaciones@embodyingreconciliation.com y los quitamos de nuestros registros (Ley 1581 de 2012). PayPal y Wompi guardan el registro del pago por ley; eso no lo podemos borrar.
Fotos
Las fotos son de nuestras propias actividades. Si tú, o una niña o niño a tu cargo, aparece en una foto y quieres que la quitemos, escríbenos y la retiramos.
